Archiving and Preservation Policy
AyuPrabha is committed to the long‑term preservation and accessibility of its published content. The journal is hosted on an Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform maintained by a professional journal‑management service, which provides regular server backups, security monitoring and software updates to protect the integrity of the journal files and database.
All articles are stored in durable formats (PDF and associated metadata) and are kept on mirrored servers with routine backup schedules to minimize the risk of data loss. In addition, the journal is configured to support interoperability with external archiving and preservation services, as well as institutional or subject repositories, so that issues can be deposited and preserved in multiple locations if required by indexing agencies or partner institutions.
Through this combination of professionally managed hosting, systematic backups and compatibility with recognized preservation networks and repositories, AyuPrabha strives to ensure that its scholarly content remains permanently available, reliably citable and technically accessible to readers and libraries worldwide.
