Editorial Team
AyuPrabha is led by an independent Editorial Team comprising the Editor‑in‑Chief, Managing Editor, Associate Editors and an Editorial Board of experienced academics and clinicians in Ayurveda, pharmacology, traditional medicine and related health sciences. The team is responsible for maintaining the scientific quality, ethical standards and overall strategic direction of the journal. Editorial decisions on manuscripts are based solely on scholarly merit, originality and relevance to the journal’s scope, and are not influenced by commercial, institutional or personal interests.
The Editor‑in‑Chief has overall responsibility for the scientific content and editorial integrity of AyuPrabha. This role includes defining the journal’s scope and priorities, making final decisions on acceptance or rejection of manuscripts, ensuring that peer review is fair, timely and unbiased, and overseeing adherence to international guidelines on research and publication ethics. The Editor‑in‑Chief also represents the journal to authors, reviewers, readers and indexing agencies.
The Managing Editor coordinates the day‑to‑day editorial workflow, including initial screening of submissions, communication with authors and reviewers, tracking revisions and ensuring that accepted papers move efficiently through copyediting and production. Associate Editors and Editorial Board members supervise peer review in their areas of expertise, advise on policy and special issues, identify emerging topics and promote the journal within the scholarly community. Submissions from any member of the Editorial Team follow the same rigorous peer‑review procedures as all other manuscripts and are handled with additional safeguards to avoid conflicts of interest.
